  • What time is check-in/check-out?

    Check-in is from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Check-out is 11:00 am .

    If you will be arriving after 10:00 pm please contact us in advance to make arrangements for an after hours check-in.

  • Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?

    No, we maintain a smoke/vape free property. Smoking in our rooms, patios, rooftop terrace and common outdoor areas is prohibited and will result in a smoking fee of $250.

  • Do the rooms have high speed/wifi internet access?

    Yes, all of guest rooms and glamping domes have free high speed fiber wifi internet.

Directions/Parking

  • How do I get to the Hotel?

    Skyview Hotel is located at 876 West SR 24 in Torrey, Utah.

  • How close are you to Capitol Reef National Park?

    Skyview Hotel is approximately 12 miles (15 minutes driving) to Capitol Reef National Park Visitor Center.

    We are approximately 6 miles to the park entrance (10 minutes driving).

  • Do you have onsite parking?

    Yes, we provide complimentary onsite parking for all our guests.

  • Do you allow for oversize vehicles and motorhomes?

    Yes, we have an a oversize vehicle section in our parking lot available on a first come first serve basis.

Reservations

  • Where can I find the best rate?

    Our best available rate is through our website. Check out our available dates and current rates here.

  • I booked on a website other than the hotel website and need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?

    If you made a reservation using a third party website please contact your service provider directly to make modifications to your reservation.

  • What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?

    The minimum age for check in is 18.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellations can be made free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The cost of the first night's stay plus tax will be charged for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival. 

  • Is my ID/passport required at check in?

    A valid government issued photo ID is required at the time of check in.

  • Do you have an early departure fee?

    The hotel may charge an early departure fee up to one nights room and tax.

  • Do you have ADA rooms?

Breakfast

  • Is breakfast available?

    A curated breakfast box from one of our favorite local restaurants, Hunt and Gather is available seasonally for purchase. 

Accounting

  • What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?

    A valid credit card is required to check in to the hotel. Payments in cash or credit card are accepted at check in. Personal checks are not accepted.

  • I have questions about my bill. Who do I contact?

    Please contact our guest services for any accounting inquires.

Pets

  • Are pets allowed? Are there any restrictions?

    The hotel is pet friendly and only allows for well behaved dogs. Limit one dog per room. Dogs may not be left unattended.

  • Is there a pet fee?

    Yes, a one time non-refundable pet fee of $65.00 is required at check-in. Additional cleaning and damages charges may be assessed.

    A portion of our assessed pet fee goes to support Color Country Animal Welfare, a local non-profit serving the pet population of Wayne County, Utah.

    We ask that you please inform us prior to arrival that you will be traveling with your pet. A pet waiver must be completed at check-in.

  • Are pets allowed on the rooftop deck?

    No, for the safety of your pet and that of our other guests pets are not permitted on our rooftop terrace.

Concierge

  • Is onsite laundry service provided?

    Unfortunately we do not have guest laundry on site. Public laundromat services are available in Torrey Town.
