CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date, 3pm local hotel time to avoid a one night's room and tax charge to your credit card.

The hotel may charge an early departure fee up to one night's room and tax should you need to cut your stay short.

Best Rate Guarantee

When you book directly with us, you are guaranteed the best available rate for your stay. If you find a lower published rate prior to, or within 24 hours of booking, we'll happily honor the confirmed lower hotel rate.


Check-in Policies

  • Check-in is from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Check-out is 11:00 am . If you will be arriving after 10:00 pm please contact us in advance to make arrangements for an after hours check-in.
  • The hotel may charge an early departure fee up to one nights room and tax.
  • A valid credit card is required to check in to the hotel. Payments in cash or credit card are accepted at check in. Personal checks are not accepted.
  • A valid government issued photo ID is required at the time of check in.
  • The minimum age for check in is 18.
  • All guestrooms are non-smoking. We maintain a smoke/vape free property. Smoking in our rooms, patios, rooftop terrace and common outdoor areas is prohibited and will result in a smoking fee of $250.


Quiet Time

For the comfort of all our guests, please show respect and keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.


Pet Policy

Dogs deserve a vacation too. That's why we welcome them at Skyview Hotel.

  • A one time non-refundable pet fee of $65.00 is required at check-in. Additional cleaning and damage charges may be assessed.
  • Limit one dog per room
  • Dogs may not be left unattended
  • We ask that you please inform us prior to arrival that you will be traveling with your pet. A pet waiver must be completed at check-in.
  • For the safety of your pet and that our other guests pets are not permitted on our rooftop terrace.


All service animals are welcome. Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.
